• Young epilepsy have an online forum through their website that offer a welcoming space to take about all things epilepsy.

• Sudep action offer a support line ran by counsellors who offer support and coping strategies to bereaved people call 01235772852 or email support@sudep.org

• The brain charity offer free counselling and mental health support (for people and families affected by all neurological conditions not just epilepsy) filling in their form on their website allows you to get a call back or video call with a qualified counselled. Call 01512982999 for more info.
